SAGE Virtual Staffing was founded by GiGi Sheppard, an entrepreneur, event professional, and productivity strategist with more than two decades of experience supporting organizations, executives, conferences, and growing businesses.
While GiGi built a successful career helping clients manage complex projects and deliver exceptional events, life unexpectedly shifted when her son, Noah, was born with Down syndrome and was later diagnosed with autism. Like many entrepreneurs, she had to rethink what work, flexibility, and success looked like.
That experience reinforced something she had always believed: businesses thrive when they have the right support systems in place. It also inspired her to create a company that helps business owners delegate with confidence, adapt to life’s unexpected moments, and focus on the work that matters most.
