SAGE Virtual Staffing was founded in 2012 and shaped by a deeply personal turning point in 2013, when founder GiGi Sheppard realized she was preparing to welcome her son, Noah, and needed to create a more flexible way of working that could support both family and career.That experience helped shape SAGE’s long-standing belief that businesses and professionals thrive when the right support systems are in place.
Backed by 35+ years of founder and leadership experience across executive support, events, project management, operations, hospitality, staffing, and business support, SAGE has grown into a comprehensive business solutions firm designed to support organizations at every stage of growth.
