Qualified* referrals get 10% off at the end of their first month’s billing and you get 15% off the subsequent month’s billing. In addition to the above, you can earn quarterly referral benefits based on the combined sign-up values of your referrals in a given quarter**. You can avail discounts as shown below:

Terms &Conditions:

1.Qualified referrals:

  • img All qualified referrals would have to sign up and complete at least 30 days with us.
  • imgThe sign-up value of a referral should be greater than or equal to $65.
  • imgThe referred client and the referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
  • imgThe referral must be made by clicking the “Refer-a-Friend” program link.

2. The valid quarters for this program will be April-June, July-September, October-December and January-March.

  • img The cumulative plan values of one or all your referrals (taken into consideration the first month’s invoice value only) should add up to the amounts as specified in the table within any one given quarter for the referral discount to apply.

3. The discount will be applied on your subsequent month’s billing post the referral becomes a ‘qualified referral.’

4. The referral discount will be applicable even if you have availed any other discount with us.

5. In case you are subscribed to more than one plan, the referral amount will be based on the highest plan subscribed to.

6. The discount will be applied on the plan subscribed to at the time of the signup of the referral. Subsequent plan upgrades/downgrades will not be considered for applying the referral discount.

7. GetFriday reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of or cancel its referral program without any prior notice to the clients.

8. This program is valid for active monthly plan clients.

It usually will take 1 (one) business day to assign a suitable assistant after you complete the signup process. In the event that you want to select someone on your own after talking to a few of our assistants, then it would take a little more time.

Usage can be tracked periodically on our online customer portal. Upon completion of the sign up process, you will be provided with necessary login credentials to access the online portal. The online portal gives access to a dashboard that contains the lists of tasks outsourced till date and its respective time logs. If required, your assistant can also provide you the usage details on a daily/weekly/fortnightly basis.

Both are monthly plans that allow you to use a specified number of hours of assistance every month. The only difference is that Basic Plans do not have roll over of any unused hours for the month, while the Plus Plans allow roll over of unused hours subject to certain limits.
